Are you looking for a way to get in shape without having to leave your house? If so, you’re in luck! There are many great workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home. In this blog post, we will discuss three of the best workouts that you can do without ever having to set foot in a gym. So whether you’re short on time or just don’t feel like leaving the house, these workouts are for you!

1) Full Body Cardio

We are going to start this list off with a bang by talking about one of the best ways to burn calories and build endurance. This routine is also a great way to get your heart rate up so you are burning a lot of calories during your workout as well.

For this workout, you will need a stopwatch, timer or clock. It is recommended that you have an interval timer because the rest periods can be crucial in making sure that you are able to burn as many calories as possible.

2) Plank-based Workout

If you have never done a plank before, then it is recommended that you start by making sure that your shoulder blades are stacked together and your abdominals are tight. It’s also a good idea to make sure that your core is engaged so that you can make the best use of the movement.

For the planking exercise, it’s best to hold the plank for 30 seconds at first. The more you practice this exercise, the easier it will get and the time you will be able to hold it in.

3) HIIT Workout

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This type of workout is great because it only takes 20 minutes and can be done more than once a week. The trick to getting the most out of this workout is to time the intervals correctly. Also, it’s important that you take a small break after each interval if you don’t feel like you are working out as hard as you can.

For this workout, we recommend that you do an HIIT circuit. If you have access to a recumbent bike, then this may be the best way to do this workout because it only takes about 20 minutes and could be done more than once per week. The interval interval timer is also a great tool to have so that you can time your intervals correctly.

If you don’t have access to a recumbent bike, then we recommend using the treadmill or using the elliptical. If you really want a challenge, we recommend using the stairmaster or even running outside on an incline.
