Adrenaline Junkie

Adrenaline is a stress hormone secreted from the adrenal glands on the kidneys. Whenever you perceive something threatening or exciting your brain sends a signal to produce adrenaline. It pretty much gets the body ready for “fight or flight” response. Most people experience energy boost, rapid breathing, sweating, increased heart rate, no feeling of pain and increase in strength. There are some people out there who just can’t get enough of this natural high. If you consider yourself an “Adrenaline Junkie” here are the 15 top adrenaline rush activities you can experience:

1. The running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. The average speed of the herd is 15 mph so you better make sure you run faster.
