Let’s Face It

There are two types of people in this world. Those who admit they absolutely hate running on a treadmill and those who refuse to admit it. If you are one of those who refuses to admit it just skip ahead. All joking aside, most people find cardio to be the most boring and challenging part of their workout. By challenging, I mean boring again. But not doing cardio is not really an option due to the many mental and physical benefits. I am here to present you with some cardio alternatives so you can look forward to your cardio routine. Instead of dreading your run on the treadmill at the end of your workout staring at the timer. Here are 10 cardio alternatives for those who hate running on a treadmill:

1. Jumping Rope (500-1000 calories per hour)

2. Rowing Machine (400-800 calories per hour)

3. Swimming (500-700 calories per hour)

4. Heavy Bag Training (800-1000 calories per hour)

5. Battling Ropes (500-700 calories per hour)

6. Kettlebells (1000-1600 calories per hour)

7. Box Jumps (800-1000 calories per hour)

8. Sledgehammer Swinging (500-700 calories per hour)

9. Circuit Training (500-1000 calories per hour)

Besides while on treadmill or any other cardio machine let the eye candy entertain you and before you know it your cardio is done. Depending on gym of course

Im a big fan of the circuit workouts. They beat the crap out of you. Also running uphill can burn massive amounts of calories

The most important part is the massive amounts of calories all of these workouts burn

I think most of them actually beat running as far as calories burned
