4) Healthy Life Style:

Maintaining a healthy weight not only reduces your risk of developing certain diseases but also makes you feel better and helps you live longer. Being overweight or obese increases your risk for heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and some types of cancer.

People who are at a healthy weight maintain it through regular exercise and eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoiding sugary drinks and limiting the amount of fast food you eat will help keep your weight in a healthy range.

5) Mental Health:

Good mental health is just as important as good physical health. It’s important to have a positive outlook on life, be able to cope with stress, and feel good about yourself. If you don’t have good mental health, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Some ways to improve your mental health include practicing yoga or meditation, spending time outdoors in nature, listening to music, journaling, and spending time with friends and family.
