Hip-hop star Future has released his newest studio album “The WIZRD” as of Friday (Jan. 18). Just ahead of the album’s release, the rapper chose to dye his hair gray as a promotion tactic, or possibly just a unique change of style.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, the new album release “Future HNDRXX Presents: The WIZRD” includes a few guest stars on it. They are Travis Scott on the song “First Off,” as well as Young Thug and Gunna on “Unicorn Purp.” For the rest of the project, Future stands on his own to deliver the goods.
In all, the new album features 20 tracks including early song releases “Jumpin on a Jet” and “Crushed Up” which were available prior to t

As mentioned, the rapper debuted a new look by changing up his hair color. An Instagram post shows off Future with his freshly-dyed gray hair, which some commenters believe is actually blonde or even white. There have been mixed reactions to the new look so far, with the rapper not really commenting on why he chose to make the change yet.
It should also be mentioned that Future offered snippets from tracks off his new album on Wednesday via Twitter. In addition to these teasers he also had interesting imagery featuring Wizards. According to Complex, they included Lord Voldemort from “Harry Potter” and Saruman from “Lord of the Rings.” Saruman the White had long white hair, so its possible Future wanted a wizard-style look in conjunction with the new album.
Nonetheless, his fans will be looking forward to sifting through his newest 20-track release. The album is the first from Future in two years time and although he’s popped up on plenty of other artists’ tracks, it will be good to enjoy a new solo project. “The WIZRD” also marks Future’s seventh solo album, so it should be interesting to see what critics’ and fans’ reviews have to say about his newest body of work.
