There is a body positivity challenge going on called Screw the Scale. People have posted photos showing that amazing transformations without having a drastic change on the scale. In many cases, people weigh the same or greater in the after photo than they did in the before photo.

Many of the people who have participated in this challenge lift weights regularly. Lifting weights allows you to gain lean muscle, which is why many people end up gaining weight. Most of the people who participated in this challenge are women. However, Andre Crews, who is the Men’s Health Open champ, has participated in this challenge.

Andre was a 200-pound average-sized man. He still weighs 200 pounds, but he is now ripped. If you want to transform your body, then you will have to eat better. Good nutrition helps you build muscle and lose fat. You will also need to work out smarter, not longer.

Working out for long periods of time can lead to frustration and boredom. If you build more muscle mass, then you will be able to burn more calories while you are at rest. Increasing your metabolism is more effective than working out for a long time. You may need to do more weight training and less cardio. One of the biggest mistakes that people make when it comes to working out is doing all cardio and no weight training.

You can have a pre-workout snack and post-workout snack. Almonds or an apple make a good pre-workout snack. You can have a whey protein shake after you have finished working out.

You will also need to accept your body. Contrary to popular, women are not the only ones who suffer from body image issues. That is why it is important to love yourself despite the fact that you have flaws.
