It seems like half of the men walking the streets stepped right out of a woman’s magazine – and we aren’t talking hunks. There’s a trend in terrible fashion going on lately, but when even the great Deadpool weighs in on the crazy fads that men are going through, it’s time to just stop.

1. Pastels & Pink

Men have flirted with the feminine colors since the dawn of fashion. When done well, it can take a great look and make it elegant. Think of a pastel tie with a dark suit. However, the 80s rushed in a vulgar misuse of the pastel pallet. While many thought this fad was over with, a recent resurgence seems to have taken place.

2. Good Boy Haircuts

Don’t pretend you don’t know what haircuts this is referring to. You pictured it when you read the header! Good boy haircuts look adorable on boys. Little boys. Like kids. If you’re 20+ and rocking a good boy hairstyle, you have to stop. You can’t try to dress like a little boy and still expect to be treated like an adult.

3. Mid-Thigh Shorts

No one knows quite where this odd and unfortunate fad came from, or why it happened. But chances are you’ve noticed an influx of men wearing mid-thigh shorts. Usually in pastel colors. There’s simply no excuse for this.

4. The Man Bun

Wiser words were never spoken when, in a promotional clip, Deadpool called the man bun “the Millenial mullet”. This wildly popular hairstyle has swept the nation and there just seems to be no end in sight.

5. Leg Day

Okay, so maybe this isn’t exactly fashion. But in superficial times like this, it might as well be. If you spend the time to carefully sculpt your abs and pump up your arms, you have to stop skipping out on leg day. This has become such a problem that it has sparked its own years-long meme. And it still. Won’t. Stop.

Are you guilty of any of these popular fads that just gotta go? have you perhaps combined them for a good boy look in mid-thigh shorts that showcase your pencil legs? Don’t worry – everyone makes mistakes. All we can do is do our best not to repeat them. So go forth and hit up your local thrift shops for some cheap threads. Word on the street is that grunge is making a comeback.
