Food is one of the most important aspects of life. The food you eat has a lot to do with your health and happiness. Eating healthier and consuming more fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and healthy oils like olive oil or avocado oil will make a big difference in your life. You’ll feel better physically and emotionally by eating this way because they are nutrient-dense foods that provide sustenance.

1. Berries

Berries are a highly antioxidant food and are very good for the skin and eyes. They are high in fiber and vitamins, folic acid, vitamin C, zinc, and manganese. Eating a serving of berries will be perfect as they will stabilize your blood sugar levels.

2. Leafy Greens

Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, Swiss chard, or collards are a powerhouse of vitamins A and K that help to keep the body able to ward off disease. They contain magnesium which is excellent for the heart. Since leafy greens are nutrient-dense veggies, eating more than one serving per day is recommended.

3. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are sumptuous for the skin and the eyes because they reduce inflammation and protect the eyesight. They are also high in Vitamin C and have ten times more lycopene than other fruits, so you can see or feel better after eating one or two of them each day.

4. Nuts

Nuts are high in healthy fats and help your body to absorb the nutrients in leafy greens, fruits, and veggies. They help the skin when you eat them because nuts are high in selenium, zinc, omega-6, and vitamin E, which help to lower inflammation.

5.Carbohydrates

Carbs are great for the body and essential to support your energy levels. Eating healthy carbs will give you sustained energy and help you to sleep better at night. Eat small amounts of high-quality carbs but don’t overdo it because that will cause your body to store fat.

Your body needs to replenish the nutrients from healthy foods like leafy greens, berries, and tomatoes which are very high in antioxidants. Fruits are also filling, so eat one serving of fruits or vegetables daily to encourage satiety and help you feel better while on the healthy foods diet plan.
