One Last Meal Choice
In the United States it is customary to offer a prisoner who has been sentenced to death a last meal. This meal is the choice of the prisoner and best effort is put to accommodate it. Those who decline are served the traditional meal which is steak (medium-rare), eggs (over easy),hash browns, toast, milk, coffee, juice, butter, and jelly. The United States has by far the most serial killers in the world. It is estimated at a total of 2,743 serial killers or about 67% of the world’s serial killers. Most of these killers have confessed to their gruesome crimes earning them the death penalty. People have gained interest in understanding the mind of a serial killer. It is hard for a lot of us to comprehend what can make a human being prey on others of their kind. The choice of a last meal provides a message and insight into the mind of these killers. Wow this is crazy but interesting at the same time. It’s interesting to see what some of them choose as the last meal like one chose an olive. Very weird but then again these killers are not well in their head so really they should be lucky that they can choose a last meal of choice. Shit if I was in charge I wouldn’t let them eat anything. They don’t deserve shit for everything they’ve done.
