David Beckham has stayed in top physical shape even after retiring from his football career and becoming a father. Although he makes it look effortless, he actually has a routine that he follows.
Beckham’s routine doesn’t require a trip to the gym, however, so it can be copied even if a gym membership isn’t in the budget. His routine is relatively easy, and it can be squeezed into even the busiest of schedules.
You may be surprised to find out what it is that Beckham does each day to stay fit.
Beckham spends his time walking and riding a bike to stay in shape. He chooses to walk places that he could normally drive to, and he rides his bike just as often. Walking to pick his daughter up from school, for example, is one way Beckham chooses to get exercise in.
Beckham prefers to exercise in short bursts of time, many times a day. This method of exercising is called fitness snacking.
Fitness snacking gives even busy men a chance to get exercise in throughout the day. With long work hours and kids to get ready or spend time with, men now have to find different ways to get fit. There may not be time or money for a gym membership, so this is a way that every man can have a chance to get in shape.
David Beckham seems to have mastered this exercise schedule and takes advantage of every opportunity he sees to get in a few minutes of exercise.
Other ways to squeeze in a little exercise are to walk the dog, walk to the store to pick up a couple items, or to run up and down the stairs at home for a few minutes. Riding bikes with kids is another option. It doesn’t have to be difficult or time consuming to get fit, as David Beckham has shown us.
