It is estimated that 51 percent of men will be obese at some point in their life. However, if a man loses just 5 percent of his body weight, then he can improve his health and fertility.

One of the things that men can do in order to lose weight is to cut out processed foods. This includes things such as white bread and cake. Drinking water is one of the things that you can do in order to lose weight. Not only do you want to increase your water intake, but you will also need to eat water-rich foods. Watermelon, oranges, spinach, celery and grapefruit are examples of some of the foods with a high water content.

You will need to get 2.5 hours of moderate exercise in per week. You can also get 1.5 hours of vigorous exercise per week. It is also important for you to include muscle-building exercises in your regimen twice a week.
