Hard To Find NES Classic In The Wild

Retro gaming fans across the country have had a tough two weeks. Nintendo released the mini version of their original Nintendo console on November 11th, 2016. The $59.99 unit comes with 30 of the greatest Nintendo classics. A must buy for anyone who is a fan of 80’s gaming. Other than having an extremely short cable for the controller, people are having a blast playing their favorite childhood games on a large HDTV. However, it is now Black Friday, and it is still nearly impossible to get your hands on one at Best Buy, Amazon, or Target. It’s easier to place a tuxedo on a cow than walking into a store where there is an ample stock of NES classics.

Nintendo Trying To Ship More

Nintendo is trying to keep shipping units to North America to keep up with the demand, but the original supply was very short. After two weeks, you’re best bet to find an NES classic is on Ebay. The only downside is that you will be dishing out over $300 on a console that only costs $60. Unless you personally know someone who works at a retail store who can advise on when shipments are arriving, don’t expect anything to change anytime soon. The demand is still really high, and stores are only being fed a handful at a time. Seems like Nintendo missed out on a golden opportunity right before the holiday season.

I would have never thought Nintendo would do something like this but now that I think about it the same thing happened with Zelda the game.

I have one and I got lucky.I do wish they would have made the cable longer. So used to wireless controllers.

Bro agree 100 % , what is Nintendo doing??? They come up with this Genius but simple idea of the Classic NES but fail to make enough units to stock the shelves. Epic one liner , easier to put a Tuexedo on a Cow … roflmao
