Child Rape Allegations

Donald Trump finds himself yet again in the middle of a new scandal. Rumors have been spreading around the web since April that Donald Trump has been sued or previously arrested for raping a 13-year old girl. This all goes back to 1994 where the allegedly victim was 13-years old then. The lawsuit was indeed submitted under the name Katie Johnson in California on 26 April 2016 for $100 million dollars. The lawsuit was quickly dismissed over technical filing errors. A couple of months later the same allegedly victim refiled a federal lawsuit in New York.

Accusations Filed

The federal lawsuit is not just against Donald Trump. Billionaire and known pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is also involved in this whole mess. The lawsuit includes sexually/physical abuse, forced to perform perverted acts, sexual exploitation, threat to harm and deprivation of civil rights. Tiffany Doe is a second alleged victim who is also part of the lawsuit and has provided a statement. The statement said that she was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein to be part of his sexual parties. She is also a witness to Donald Trumps sexual acts with minors and abuse.

Who Is Jeffrey Epstein?

Jeffrey Epstein is an American financier with a net worth of $2 billion dollars. Jeffrey Epstein is known for hosting sex parties and having ties to many famous figures. Eptein’s “little black book” was stolen in 2008 by a former employee revealing Donald Trump’s name. The former employee state that the book was the key to reveal his a child-sex network. Epstein was convicted in 2008 of solicitation of prostitution from underage girls and served 13 months in prison. He is now a registered sex offender. Since then other alleged victims have filed lawsuits against him for the same reasons.

This Is Not The First Time

Donald Trump is infamous for being a racist, sexist and a womanizer but not a rapist. Well this is the third time he has been accused of rape. He was previously accused of  raping his ex-wife and a former business partner. His ex-wife Ivana Trump described Donald Trump grabbing her arms and pulling her hair as he raped her in a rage. This statement was given during a 90’s deposition as their divorce case settled. The statement was then overturned when she said she did not mean rape in the criminal sense but violated. The second accusation came from a former business partner Jill Harth in 1997. On her lawsuit she described from Donald Trump harassed her, made sexual advances and in one instance cornered her and attempted to rape her. Given the history and ties someone should be paying a lot more attention to this new lawsuit. These are accusations and lawsuits that rarely make headlines and rather stay on the back burner.
